Nurturing Faith and Knowledge - Al Aqsa Weekend School
At Al Aqsa Community Center, we are dedicated to fostering a strong foundation in Islamic values and knowledge for students of all ages.
To promote the beauty of Islamic teachings, we offer weekend school, focused on increasing your knowledge about Islamic way of life in the light of Quranic teachings, Ahadith, and Sunnah.
The program curriculum include:
- Teaching Quranic Arabic for all grades.
- Islamic Studies covering essential beliefs and practices.
- Seerah to learn the life and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
Program Details
As a part of our weekend school, the students are needed to participate in Zuhr prayers as part of their daily schedule. This practice is implemented with a goal to instill the habit of prayer and bring the community closer.
Between classess, students are free to utilize our on-site playground to enjoy a safe break for students.
To encourage growth and achievement, the weekend school program includes:
- Periodic Assessments, Mid-term, and Final exams to ensure steady progress.
- Celebrations of Islamic Holidays, including Eid ul Fitr and Eid ul Adha
- Parent-Teacher Conferences for constructive feedback.
- An Annual Graduation Ceremony with certificates and trophies for all classes.
We are excited to embark on another rewarding year of learning and growth, thanks to the dedication of our staff, volunteers, and community support.

Al Aqsa Weekend School Fee Details & Requirements
- Ages — 5 to II years.
- $75 per semester.
- School Supplies and Books can be purchased at registration.
- Book Cost: Will vary depending on the class.
